Although the HYDRA® package contains most of the tools you will need throughout your project, it is recommended that you also consider the following additional software to assist you in your work:

Those who attend our HYDRA® training seminars go through the whole process of creating a complete multi-layered storm and sanitary sewer model in about 12 hours.  If you start at the beginning the User Manual and skip the sections that do not apply to your project, there are step-by-step instructions to guide you through your whole project.  (For example, you may skip the "Stormwater Modeling" chapter if you are modeling a sanitary system.)  If you choose to create a sample project for learning purposes, you should allow a few days (+/- depending on your proficiency with computers) to try out all the HYDRA features.

We host a "Discussion Forum" where users can discuss their projects and post questions to other users around the world.  There is also a Technical Support Knowledgebase, which answers frequently asked questions.  You can also submit a request for technical assistance if you your question is not answered elsewhere.  We hold HYDRA® training seminars several times each year, and offer on-site training to facilitate the learning process for your whole project team.  Finally, we welcome your phone call if you ever want to talk to a live person at any point in your project.  We will help resolve your problem.
